Quality Standard

IAFD introduces the revised Quality Standard to promote excellence among all members.
 

We are delighted to announce that the IAFD Board recently approved a revised Quality Standard for all members, which brings us in line with the European Standard for Funeral Services.

This is a very exciting development as the new Quality Standard will help all IAFD members to provide a better and more professional service to their clients and differentiate themselves from non-IAFD members
